Jason Laba is a Senior Managing Director at Yazbeck & Co. With over ten years of investment experience, Mr. Laba has successfully advised on multiple transactions in Canada, the United States and internationally across a variety of industries, with a specialization in middle market EBITDA generating agriculture business transactions. Prior to joining Yazbeck & Co., Mr. Laba worked for the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in Canada. Additionally, Mr. Laba was the Chief Executive Officer of Natural Stems, an early stage medical cannabis company. Mr. Laba graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Liverpool and received his National Committee of Accreditation certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
